About our Client - Our client is a leading financial conglomerate with a strong domestic presence. With a massive expansion of their operations hub based in multiple locations in India, they are looking for a technology leader to manage their front office application projects.

Job Description - As a VP/Project manager you will report to the Head of Development. You will have development leads and project leads reporting to you. Your key responsibilities will include :

- Manage end to end project delivery which meet business expectations and with tight time lines.

- Manage the quality deliverables with the entire project team.

- Provide leadership to the project and development leads, which includes mentoring and appraisal cycles.

- Manage external data systems ( reference data , client data etc).

The Successful Candidate - The successful applicant will have more than 10 years hands on experience in development of various software applications related to front office with at least 4 years in pure technical roles. Knowledge of Java/J2EE, HTML/CSS, JSP/Servlets, JDBC, Struts framework, EJB and JavaScript is compulsory. Knowledge of Swings/.Net/C# is an added advantage.
