- As a member of the leadership team, you will build & lead the day-to-day Broadcast Production, Operations, Talent, Content, and Platform Development for the business.
- You will be expected to work very closely with Merchandising, Analytics & Marketing to help form a formidable alliance to make a significant impact on the market.
- Lead the production and development of television programming and video content
- Executive oversight of live & pre-recorded television programming nationally: live 24 hours a day, 364 days a year
- Build & lead high-performance team of department directors, senior managers, multimedia production professionals & third party vendors.
- Deep understanding of Studio Production, Content Production, Remote Production, Post Production, Studio Operations, Show Development, Brand Marketing, Content Strategy, Transmedia Storytelling
- Lead high-quality, integrated video content creation and publishing across existing and emerging digital platforms, including television, web, mobile, tablet, and social media
- Accountable for driving television viewership and digital engagement
- Multi-million dollar budget accountability
- Develop and manage KPI s for performance that satisfy consumer engagement, sales & marketing requirements and financial targets while optimizing cost and speed;
- Oversee development of systems and processes of continuous improvement.
- To maintain strong working relationship with all internal & external stakeholders
- Hiring and grooming a 2nd line of leadership to build a world class team
- Ensure statutory & process compliance at all levels across his/her span and ensure all systems are set in place to prevent any compliance related issues
- To scale up internal processes through external bench-marking & driving new initiatives

Qualification :
- A background in TV Production is a must, MBA is preferred
- At least 12-15 years of experience. Any experience in digital retail is an added bonus.
- Should have handled large team
- Knowledge of project management, Six Sigma is an added advantage
- Go getter attitude
