We have an urgent opening VP Proposition - Wealth Management for one of the leading Bank.

- Manage and implement the affluent banking strategy in India, ensuring customer centricity, enhanced experience and proposition delivery

- Drive initiatives to achieve Portfolio growth and Portfolio quality

- Maintain and further build revenue growth through customer centric solutions and proposition based pricing, while adopting product solutions aligned to customer needs.

- Ensure the proper and timely completion of all activities supporting affluent banking to meet customer needs while adhering to established internal policies and external regulations.

- Drive portfolio sub-segmentation and corresponding actions to build on customer relationship and ensure retention.

- Enhance customer onboarding experience by working closely with product, channel and marketing teams.

- Continuously develop and build proposition awareness in the frontline through training support and timely interventions.
