Responsibilities :

- The role will be responsible for Testing for Corporate Banking product suite. The incumbent would ideally be an Automated Testing specialist with experience in Banking.

- The incumbent must have experience and appreciation of changing trends. It would be very important to adapt to the new trends and provide solutions that suit the customers future looking needs.

- 14+ yrs of total experience with good academic qualifications,

- Strong knowledge and experience in product development life-cycle,

- Prior experience of having worked in a senior testing role,

- Formulation and implementation of Software Testing strategies,

- Plan and drive cross-functional collaboration with Product, Implementation, and support based on the needs,

- Should be good at : Test Automation expertise / Performance Testing / Mobility / API Testing

- Process efficiency improvement and stewardship through maintenance and review of existing processes as well as driving change including system advancement and automation of manual processes,

- Good at Test Metrics management,

- Would prefer Corporate Banking experience,

- Hands on experience in building functional test automation suites,

- Hands-on approach and strong execution skills,

- Be hard-working and diligent, discipline to convert strategy into action,

- Thinking out of the box and come up with innovative solutions.
