VP - Product Management - Single Sign-On/Identity Management/SaaS Domain - IIT/IIM

Job description

Location: Gurgaon

Timings: 5:30pm to 2:30am IST

Domain: Single Sign-On, Identity Management, SaaS

The VP Product Management is responsible to own the QuickLaunch product and product management team including:

- Wireframing and Designing interfaces for products. (i.e. Use Balsamiq.)

- Creating UI pages (i.e. using bootstrap.) Experienced in HTML, CSS and JavaScript technologies.

- Detailing out new product feature stories during inception phase and ensuring all flows take into consideration edge cases.

- Write test cases; Extensively used - TestPad. Conduct test runs on the product before a market release.

- Prioritize bugs; Manage user escalated tickets. Interact with users to help improve the product.

- Train and mentor new hires; Give presentations to share knowledge.

- Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and trends.

- Keep track of app performance metrics such as downloads, active downloads etc. using MixPanel and Crashalytics.

- Laying out the strategic product roadmap.

- Keeping feelers on customers, competitors, and the market to see where the product should be going.

- Writing requirements documents for the next release, and socializing them with the organization.

- Supporting the engineering build-out of the product, and sales efforts for the product.

- Overseeing and contributing to user documentation and training; outbound marketing; product support, and handling support escalations; including quality assurance and release management.

Domain experience in IDaaS, Identity Management, Access Management is must

Candidates from Premier Institutes like IITs/IIMs preferred. Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT
