Description:
The VP - Product is a critical leadership position, which will drive product strategy and product roadmap across the breadth of the Media Labs - supply side and demand side, and will be working very closely with the founders and leadership team to build, execute and take complete ownership of the strategic product roadmap.
Supply side products are products built for various publishers to increase the adoption . Demand side products include innovative ad formats, innovative targeting mechanisms as well as data analytics products built on top of the capabilities for brands and agency partners. A good understanding of the evolving nature of video consumption on mobile, as well as video mobile advertising is a strong preference. The candidate will take complete ownership of the product road map will be responsible for executing the same in an efficient manner.
The candidate must be a subject matter expert for ad-tech products, especially on the competitive landscape, and will be leveraging their competitive intelligence into defining product features which will add to differentiation in the industry. They will be working very closely with the cross-functional engineering teams, data sciences team as well as the ad operations team, to ensure innovative product features are developed rapidly and accurately. They will also support the operations team and continually find ways to improve efficiency and client experience and service.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of data-centric ad-tech experience, with exposure to video ads
- Overall 8 - 10+ years of experience across product management in top tier technology firms or startups
- Must have an MBA or an advanced degree in a quantitative discipline (engineering etc.) from a top tier school in India or abroad.
- Capable of leading and working with cross-functional teams with a high bias towards action and operating with extreme discipline
Compensation - Competitive with tier-1 industry standards
