JOB SUMMARY
1. To lead and execute the Digital Banking Channel strategy through various teams like Technology, Design and Marketing.
2. Drive the digitization of various banking products like Investments, Liabilities
3. To drive the usage of Internet Banking, Mobile Banking and Other channels in various customer segments
DETAILED RESPONSIBILITY
New Product/Channel business strategy:
1. Responsible for complete ownership of the Digital Banking Channels including New product launches and roadmap design
Digitize the Banking products and Drive Acquisition through Cross Channel Sales:
1. Responsible for creating seamless digital products with focus on customer experience and revenue drive
2. Ability to work across banking products and create innovative offerings through the digital channels
Increase Usage of the Direct Banking Channels:
1. Responsible for Increasing the customer usage of Direct Banking Channels
2. Define a Customer Segment level strategy to drive Usage of Direct Banking
3. Drive Direct banking Dashboards and understand customer behavior on Direct Channels
