- It is proposed to have a team to lead the design of target operating model for Settlements, corporate action and Other Custody Processes in Direct custody and clearing.

- Driving standardization and efficiency gains throughout the direct custody global network through designing the best service/operational model through close coordination with branch management, product, global functional groups, and service delivery optimization team, the Senior global design manager will scope, plan, and design the service delivery target operating model across direct custody network.

- The role specializes in designing a controlled and cost effective best operating model

- The role will Function under,COE on the operational design which Support the delivery, development, and technical management of the products offered.

Qualification Required :

- University Graduate

- Min 8 years operational experience in Custody managing the relevant operational function in SSO or branch

- International experience required to have worked in more than 1 market

- Lean / Six sigma, Black belt, Process Improvement or equivalent streaming design processes

- Experience of implementing large change management programs across multiple markets.
