About Our Client

Our client is a leading Indian Private Equity firm.

Job Description

Candidate will be responsible for:

- Originate, structure, negotiate and execute investments in India

- Support and manage deal execution teams including overseeing financial and quantitative analysis, due diligence, structuring, documentation and financing

- Sector and industry research to support investment thesis and themes

- Assist in the review of key portfolio companies from both a strategic and financial perspective, and assist in the execution of transactions arising from such review

- Work with Executives and Investment team, deal team and business unit colleagues cross functionally on a regular basis

- Oversee / maintain deal pipeline, track market M&A activity, collate internal updates, create deal presentations for board and C-level executives

The Successful Applicant

The right candidate would have 7-8 years of Private Equity/ Consulting/ M&A experience with a leading Private Equity fund/Consulting firm or an Investment Bank. The candidate must have completed their MBA from one of the top business schools.
