Job Profile:
- Responsible to handle presales and solutioning for Healthcare IT domain.
- Do workshops in consulting mode with clients to advice on process, domain and/or technology areas.
- Prepare approach papers on specific problem statement
- Responsible for leading the response to Techno Commercial Proposals (RFPs).
- Create Whitepaper/Brochures with help from Practice leaders, consulting teams.
- Involved in customer assessments, portfolio analysis of technology landscape, defining problem statements
- Contract Mgmt.
- Maintain a strong relationship with Sales, BU and other cross-functional groups through team and personal interaction and ensure effective work management.
- Effective proposal response involving all stakeholders and support teams.
- Control on attrition numbers.
- Process Changes introduced.
- Process automation initiatives.
- Relationship Management - Ensure great working relationships with Account Management, Sales & Marketing, and Practice Management and Support teams and ensure all stakeholders are collaborative and supportive.
Desired Profile:
- 12+ Years of experience in solution architecture from Healthcare technology domain.
- Must have led / been involved in large enterprise wide proposal responses.
- Capability to defend proposal on solutions with internal Senior stakeholders and with customers.
- Must have very good understanding of Healthcare Technology.
- Agile process experience is an added advantage.
