Job Description :
- Work in close partnership with the assigned business group relationship managers to
1) identify PCM opportunities within the existing / target set of clients
2) build a sales plan towards targeting and conversion of such opportunities at the beginning of the year
3) execute the plan towards winning the PCM business
4) quarterly review / update / addition to PCM plans on clients
- Consultative engagement with clients to understand their needs, put together various PCM services which exactly align with client's need and demonstrate how PCM solution delivers maximum tangible and intangible value to client's business
- Engagement with internal and external stakeholders in line with PCM's strategic imperatives and core values
- Last, but not the least, meet the financial target assigned in form of - Estimated Business Value- i.e. EBV of the business to be won during the year from existing / new clients.
