We are looking for a suitable candidate in a leadership role in OTC Derivative Operations for a leading Banking KPO:

Job Location: Bangalore

Compensation : Upto 40 lacs

Job Description :

Manage high profile Tier 1 Client service team supporting the US Clients. Incumbent will be responsible to maintain high client service levels. To achieve this the incumbent will be responsible to

Actively engage with

- Service Relationship Managers

- Client Service groups

- Front Office and Sales

- Client Operations Contacts

- Senior escalation contacts in the Upstream/downstream functions

- Ensure stimulating operations environment that enables high degree of employee engagement

- Ensure client focus and client service culture within the team

- Ensure up-to-date knowledge on the OTC products, trade life cycle and market developments

- Keep abreast of regulatory developments and changes

- Lead and support global and local projects and initiatives

- Coach and mentor teams and high performers within the team

The position is that of the business lead, hence all duties and responsibilities relevant to the position will be applicable. To illustrate– adherence to budgets, adherence to admin, HR compliance requirements such as Performance appraisals, compliance training are a few examples.

Further, as this supports the US Clients, the incumbent is expected to work US Hours.

Experience / Requirements:

- The Ideal candidate should have 10+ years of Investment Banking operations experience of which at least 4 years of experience in Derivative operations in a senior role

- Should have strong knowledge of trade life cycle and on various financial products like Rates, Credit , Equities, Structured and customised derivatives, Etc.

- Should have at least 3 years experience of managing Client Service and Relationship management

- Strong analytical skills, detail orientation, service commitment, and solid organizational and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to identify and develop strong working relationship with both internal and external groups

- Comfortable dealing with multiple stakeholders and complex situations.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Excellent People Management Skills

- This is a night shift job requiring the candidate to work in US timezones

Professional and Personal Qualifications:

University Degree or equivalent

Relevant experience with an Investment Bank or Financial Institution
