Purpose :
- Handling portfolio of multiple projects and responsible for achieving P&L of each project
- Support in developing and implementing project concept addressing to target consumer demand
- Strategizing and implementing sales and market operations to generate target revenue
- Developing, maintaining and sustaining strong relationship with customers and business associates
- Monitor project performance and cross functional relationship management to ensure timely delivery of projects

Planning :
- Formulate annual project targets in collaboration with head cross functional team (estimation, planning and coordination)
- Cascade the annual targets to the team at an individual level
- Evaluate new business opportunities/projects
- Develop detailed project P&L, budgets with inputs from functional heads
- Constantly monitor teams performance and provide corrective action and as and when required
- Tracking and keeping updated information of real estate market
Product development :
- Acquire competitor and market information to generate business opportunities
- Track competitor strategies actively to assess competitive position
- Participation in research on potential customers to understand their requirements and understand customer behavior
- Participate in the development of new projects by providing inputs at the product conceptualization stage
- Coordinate with the Design & Engineering team to finalize on the concept plans
- Provide feedback to architects and delivery team on development and design of plans
- Ensure innovation and incorporation of the current trends in the product development
- Assist management in deciding pricing strategy
- Track the real estate market and provide market and industry insights on new trends/opportunities/business potential/products/ marketing strategies
Project Execution and Monitoring :
- Review and sign off on project targets, schedules and budgets in line with project business plan
- Monitor regularly the activities of the delivery team to ensure timely completion of the project as per plans
- Preparing and reporting the P&L status of projects and presenting to the management
- Reviewing the MIS reports prepared by the departmental heads on a regular basis
- Participating in project review meetings to review project performance and resolving project issues
Sales & Marketing :
- Co-define targets for the project sales & marketing team and Cascade the targets at the individual level
- Support in defining strategy for customer acquisition and customer relationship management
- Provide inputs/MIS to the management for sales targets and collection of payments
- Participate in planning, managing and budgeting the launch activities of the various projects
- Ensure regular monitoring and updation of rate card in coordination with sales & marketing team
- Ensure timely preparation and execution of the sales agreements
Relationship management :
- Ensure utmost satisfaction of customers by implementing customer centric processes
- Ensure that the organization is represented at important conferences and exhibitions
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to gain and facilitate deep understanding of their needs and concerns
- Leverage understanding of the current customers to provide proactive solutions to concept development to suit the needs of the customer
People :
- Provide necessary guidance to the employees
- Enable capability development of the employees
- Drive and encourage initiatives to implement a performance oriented, innovative and quality and cost conscious culture
- Periodically evaluate performance of the team, identify areas of improvement and initiate corrective action

- Education: Graduate/ post graduate, B.E (any stream, preferably Civil) with MBA preferred
