VP - Operations - Capital Market

Job Responsibilities:

- Ensuring smooth functioning of all operational activities related to Depository operations inter-alia including maintenance of records for demat account holders and compliances thereof, operations related to issuers and depository participants covering services, regulatory disclosures, compliance requirements, commercials, ensuring smooth execution to core settlement operations, corporate actions, billing, recoveries, market communication.

- In-depth knowledge of Indian securities markets value chain, the market infrastructure institutions (MIIs) and in particular the depository activities.

- In-depth understanding of regulatory framework including SEBI regulations, circulars and assesses its - impact on the operations

- Spearheading transformation initiatives for implementing software developments/system enhancements for critical operations and capability to actively collaborate with technology, regulatory and other functional teams.
