VP - Operations - BPO

We are looking for VP - Operations for world's leading service and outsourcing company based at Gurgaon.

Salary - As per the Norm

Role - Multiple DOMESTIC Processes –Pan India like Travel, Banking,Insurance , Non-Technical etc.

Reporting to - COO

Location - Gurgaon

Work experience - 14+ yrs

Exp in Domestic BPO Processes Required. A mix of International and Domestic Exp. Should have the ability to handle Large Teams and Multiple Inbound ,Outbound and Backend Processes

Core Job Purpose

1. Manages organization domestic operations by directing and coordinating activities consistent with established goals, objectives, and policies.

2. Implements programs to ensure attainment of business plan for growth and profit.

3. Provides direction and structure for operating units.

4. Implements improved processes and management methods to generate higher ROI and workflow optimization.

5. Develop and create strategies and policies aligned with organizational goals.

6. Lead and Support of management of strong margins and P&L

7. Own Employee Satisfaction and Unavailability & attrition management

8. Overall ownership for Performance development and counseling for performance of team members

9. Client Management & Managing Escalation issues

10. Helping the team Identify deficiencies (tools, metrics and reports) and recommending solutions

11. Achieving established goals for productivity, Service levels, Revenue realization

12. Detail directions for implementation of specified projects, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget & functional targets

13. Champion Coordination with Ops support and other support functions

Desired Candidate Profile

- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

- Possess the ability to motivate and maintain effective working relationships with staff and partners.

- Ability to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

- Ability to successfully work to reach company goals in an environment in which a wide degree of creativity and latitude is required of this position.

- 14 or more years of experience in increasingly responsible management positions where excellent contract performance and employee management skills have been emphasized.

- Must have demonstrated ability to effectively lead big revenue portfolio.

- Prior experience demonstrating effective management skills, knowledge of Domestic BPO sector.
