VP - Operations

Job Description:

- Someone who has worked on an operational role and understands the basic requirements that make operations smooth

- Need to create better systems where needed and work within systems that exist for coordination within the timeline set by the company to service customers

- The company purchases farmed seafood from 5 different states and produces it as per customer requirements in its two factories located in West Bengal

- VP operations would need to understand each component that goes into completing an order and make sure those are ready on time so that the consignment is dispatched on time

- Understanding and brining the culture of how timely dispatches impact customer relations and cash flow
