About our Client - Our client is a leading corporate and investment bank with rapid expansion of their operations in Indian market. As a part of migration of value added work from the US, UK, Europe and financial centers in APAC and increase in volume of trades globally, they are seeking experienced Investment Banking Operations professionals for their captive centers in India.

Job Description - Reporting into a Director, you will be responsible for:

- Review and Verification of Management Information

- Records Management and Handling Data Privacy Operations

- Coordinating Managers Control Assessment & Risk and Control Self Assessment

- Ensure the implementation of a strong risk culture and mitigation mindset

- Escalation and Remediation Oversight of Issues

- Undertaking independent reviews to verify polices and procedures are being followed

- Working closely with various department heads in mitigating controls

- Driving productivity enhancement in order to raise operating standards & effectiveness of the functions locally

The Successful Candidate - You will be a graduate and will have at least 14 years of experience in Operational Risk, Control & Compliance for Global Banking Captives or Third Parties. You will also have a proven track record in building new teams and at least 5 years of management experience in a leadership role. With a strong solution oriented & analytical mindset you will be an exceptional communicator and showcase a proven track record of managing global stakeholder relationships.
