Job Description

Reporting to the Director of Operational Excellence, you will be responsible for:

- Providing consulting services within the process improvement space for on shore

- Executing vision and strategy of process excellence function at the delivery location

- Institutionalize LEAN/Six Sigma culture into the organizational DNA

- Working with international stakeholders, understanding business needs and initiating programs that lead to tangible benefits.

- Creating a culture of metrics

The Successful Applicant

- You must be a MBA from a tier one institution with at least 12 years of work experience within the BFSI domain. Black Belt / Master Black Belt certification is mandatory. Prior experience of driving high impact organization wide improvement projects is mandatory. Candidate should be able to switch between strategy and process improvement seamlessly. You should be open to travel (20- 30%) to overseas locations if required.
