This is a leadership role in Training for a leading financial company based out of Mumbai
Responsible for all Agency related training at all-India level reporting to the Head of Training:
- Work along with the Head of Training to support Directing and formulating strategies, plans and budgets for company's training services to the agency force; allocate resources.
- Provide input and liaise with Product Development department for preparing new training material and guidelines for new products or change in existing products.
- Work along with Zone Heads and Operations Team for design and execution.
- Monitor quality of training delivery throughout the year
- Create and maintain a passion for Learning within the Agency team.
Primary responsibilities for the given position are:
- Develop and ensure execution of training strategy basis overall business strategy along with Head of Training
- Ensure implementation of training needs analysis on a periodic basis
- Prepare annual training plan, manpower requirement, budget and resource allocation
- Design and implement standardized courseware and training methodology; oversee design of specific programs
- Implement agency management courseware
- Recruit and Develop trainers
- Develop a trainer certification process and ensure continual up-gradation of trainers- skills and knowledge
- Ensure delivery of a minimum number of days of training per trainer per month

Minimum Qualification:
- Post graduate in any discipline, preferably an MBA
Minimum Experience:
- Overall 15 years- experience and at least 8-10 years of experience in Sales Training.
