Reporting to - Regional Head MSF

JOB DESCRIPTION

The job holder at SM level, will need to bring together a set of mono-line product centric sales teams, into a unified sales organization. He will be expected to transform and scale up the LAP team, along with the regional head. He is responsible for turning the team into customer centric sales unit, focused on sourcing LAP business of the Bank.

- Manage and deliver growth and LAP sales productivity for the Region, with support of Regional head

- Be directly responsible for the performance of the MSF LAP DSF team and delivery of their targets

- Drive LAP sales force across the defined region.

- Work with key business stakeholders and Support functions of the region to deliver the Revenue Targets

- Drive LAP AOP targets in the Mumbai region

- Prevent and minimize any operational, fraud and credit risk through robust controls and sales quality measures across the region.

- Contribute to overall RBWM growth

Team handling experience,and LAP exposure is mandatory
