About our Client - Our client is a Leading Corporate and Investment Bank with rapid expansion of their operations in Indian market. As a part of migration of value added work from the US, UK, Europe and financial centers in APAC they are looking for an seasoned professional to head the MI reporting function in procurement/sourcing.

Job Description - Reporting to an onshore leader, your key responsibilities would include:

- Effectively planning for key MI and reporting deliverables, including managing resources effectively and providing clear communication / direction to colleagues outside of the business line to ensure deliverables are met.

- Driving and ensuring the provision of high quality and robust MI, reporting & data, and pro-actively supporting simplicity and consistency of all reporting across the group.

- Maintaining an appropriate engagement model with all stakeholders by pro-actively approaching them and agreeing the frequency and nature of required interactions (e.g. addressing stakeholders queries, following up on service rendered etc.).

- Supporting the Head of Spend & Performance Management with implementation of cross-team / cross-geography initiatives.

The Successful Candidate - You are a CA / ICWA / MBA with significant knowledge and experience in developing and producing MI and reporting within a financial services or multi-national organization. You should have strong knowledge of industry leading data an MI practices including knowledge of leading Business Intelligence (BI tools) and 'big data' initiatives along with sound knowledge of P&L and balance sheet terminology. Prior experience in working with senior stakeholder and managing teams is a must.
