Role
- Work with the COO in origination, negotiation, execution, monitoring of Mergers and Acquisitions mandates
- Lead and assist in enhancing & maintaining and utilizing the varied skill-sets of M&A employees;
- Sourcing, recruitment, development and retention of employees and trainees for the M&A team
- Maintain and enhance the professional image of the Company at different professional forums
Responsibilities
- Work with the COO on developing and formulating the strategy and objectives for M&A; under the overall strategy formulated for the Company as a whole
- Implement the strategy and achieving corporate and M&A objectives
- Gather and provide market intelligence in order to monitor and fine tune the strategy of M&A from time to time
- Sourcing, origination, negotiation of different types of projects and assignments
Requirements
- MBA from a top quality business school;
- Professional affiliation such as CFA Charter is a plus;
- About 8-13years of post-MBA experience in different areas of finance and investment sector including corporate finance and investment banking, management consulting, project and investment appraisal.
