The Marketing Head leads the marketing function and is responsible for devising the marketing strategy and effective execution of the same across the organization. S/He is responsible for the execution of marketing projects including consumer promotions, new food and beverage menu items, and/or advertising/communications/digital initiatives across the organization and its segments (Airports, Railways, Highways etc). In this role, the Marketing Head collaborates with cross-functional team members (e.g. Consumer Research/Insights, Culinary Development/Chefs, F&B Controls, Operations etc) to ensure that projects and initiatives support overall brand plans.  Job Responsibilities;  - Responsible for devising the marketing strategy for the organization alongside finalizing budgets for national and regional initiatives in line with organizational goals.  - Works directly with Regional & Central Marketing Team members and gives them a strategic direction in tune with the marketing strategy.   - Works closely with cross-functional team members to execute marketing projects such as new food or beverage menu items, consumer promotions, marketing communications, digital projects.  - Responsible for setting up digital presence of the brands/organization across digital channels and drive customer preference in the online space incrementally.  - Executes test markets for promotions, new food or beverage launches, and marketing communication programs; reports test results and evaluates projects for further national launches.  - Develops and uses project timelines and calendars  - Responsible for setting up marketing processes across regions thereby ensuring timely execution and effective implementation of marketing calendars and activities.   - Provides a strategic direction to and monitors the delivery from various marketing, advertising, events and digital agencies.  - Responsible for marketing communication, go-to-market strategy and strategic participation in industry forums like FAB awards, Trinity forum and other relevant F&B forums pertaining to the travel retail and F&B industry.  - Analyzes results of marketing projects and initiatives and communicates results to regional and national marketing team members thereby strengthening and sharpening the marketing effort to meet organizational goals.  - Examines Brand metrics (e.g., sales, bill cuts, APC, walk-ins, CSI data), identifies trends, and provides recommendations for implementation at operational level.  - Monitors core competitor menus, promotions, offerings, and/or advertising/communications and identifies opportunities.  Qualifications & Experience:  - Full time MBA in Marketing mandatory alongside Bachelor/Engineering degree through full time program from a reputed institute.  - Minimum 10 years- experience in Sales & Marketing, from Telecom, FMCG, F&B-QSR/Restaurant or Retail industry with last assignment of heading the marketing function across large geographies, multiple locations and across multiple formats/segments.  - Past experience in a reputed advertising agency will be an added advantage.  Salary - Rs 30-35 Lakhs Per Annum
