Principle Accountabilities:
- Develops annual marketing plan in conjunction with sales department, which details activities to follow during the fiscal year, which will focus on meeting organizational objectives.
- Develops and implements a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all teams to execute.
- Define direct marketing programs for lead generation and interface with sales team for lead tracking and management.
- Act as the Organization’s representative with the media.
- Develop and track metrics and success criteria for all marketing programs and activities.
- Responsible for creating, implementing and measuring the success of: a comprehensive marketing, communications and public relations program that will enhance the Organization’s image and position within the marketplace.
- Ensure that the Organization regularly conducts relevant market research and coordinate and oversee this activity.
Planning and budgeting:
- Responsible for the achievement of marketing / communications / public relations mission, goals and financial objectives. Ensure that evaluation systems are in place related to these goals and objectives and report progress to the Board of Directors.
- Develop short and long-term plans and budgets for the marketing / communications / public relations program and its activities, monitor progress, assure adherence and evaluate performance.
- Develop, implement and monitor systems and procedures necessary to the smooth operation of the marketing / communications / public relations function.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years experience in marketing, communications or public relations with demonstrated success, preferably in the Real Estate industry.
- Bachelors / Master degree in marketing, public relations preferred.
- Proven ability to oversees all marketing, advertising and promotional activities.
- Experience in overseeing planning, design and advanced knowledge of the real estate industry and standard practices.
- Strong planning, management and organizational experience.
- Highly-developed oral and written communication skills, which are essential to success in this role
