Position: VP – Marketing

Company: Our client is India’s leading provider of Internet Security tools and is a leader in Anti-Virus Technology in India. A privately held company, and has been actively involved in Research and Development of anti-virus software since then.

Reporting to: CEO

Job Description:

- Management and monitoring of marketing budget

- Creation and execution of annual marketing plan

- Managing all communication with agencies

- Being the brand custodian; managing every touch point of the brand with key stakeholders

- Creating and deploying communication – both ATL and BTL

- Working closely with the sales teams to understand and manage their requirements

- Planning and buying media; helping squeeze more bang out of our media budget

- Helping manage profile in Media

Key Responsibilities:

- 8+ years experience, preferably an MBA

- End to end marketing campaign management experience.

- Work experience in national brands with a budget handling responsibility would be ideal

- Is a strong team leader with experience managing a team has an abundance of personality and a thirst for life!

- Activation/BTL experience

- Previous Consumer Marketing experience and an understanding of the market; preferable to also have experience working for an advertising/communications agency.

- Lives and breathes Marketing. It is crucial that you understand and love what it means to live in Marketing/Advertising/Branding.
