Job Title : VP Marketing
Reporting To : CEO
Responsible For : Incumbent shall be responsible for ATL & BTL, Digital Marketing, Creatives, Agency Management, Marketing Analytics
Location : Mumbai
Salary : As per Company Standards
Key Responsibilities :
- Create, Identify, and Understand Consumer Segments that are relevant for the product, towards whom marketing campaigns will be directed
- Develop Marketing Budget, Campaigns, end-to-end, (Digital, on-ground BTL, and ATL) with a goal to increase visibility and adoption of the product
- Implement marketing campaigns across all channels with effective use of budget to generate maximum reach
- Track the performance of campaigns against metrics such as reach, click through, and product adoption among others
- Coordinate the appearance of all Organization's Print and electronic materials such as letterhead, use of logo, brochures, etc.
- Optimize Online & Offline campaigns to boost Sales performance
- Analyze the competitive environment on a constant basis.
- Perform consumer research to identify trends and discover and develop new and different ways of reaching consumers
- Ensuring the relevance of customer's feedback or survey for knowing the brand loyalty
- Build organization capability (team and knowledge) to create best and most effective customer acquisition programs
- Actively partner and collaborate with cross-functional teams such as key stakeholders, PR, creative, national advertising, go-to-market and individual campaign teams to ensure a consistent message and focus across all consumer touch points
- Agency Management & Coordination
- Talent Acquisition & Talent Management of Marketing Team
- Media Planning & Management
- Other Responsibilities as Entrusted by the Management
Qualifications :
- Post Graduate - MBA Marketing
- Proficiency in MS Powerpoint & MS Excel
Experience :
- Minimum 10-15 Years Experience in Marketing
- A great understanding and a strong interest in the brand awareness, Brand creation
- A great understanding of digital, BTL and ATL channels for consumer outreach and adoption
- Excellent communication, creative and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build, manage and mentor teams
- A customer centric, creative and analytical problem-solving mindset
- Curious about macro consumer trends and keeping an eye out for new outreach channels
- A penchant for being data driven and a stickler for analyzing and improving every activity
