Objective:

To provide marketing leadership to facilitate company's aggressive growth by growing market share.

Challenges for the Position:

- Entry of multinational products .

- Striving for domestic aftermarket leadership in selected segments.

Candidate Profile:

- MBA from a premium institute with specialization in marketing (FMCG/DURABLE/CONSUMER/TELECOM)

- 18+ exp – 92 / 96 Batch MBA (FMCG INDUSTRY ONLY) and along with BE – not compulsory.

- Around 18+ years of experience including at least 5-7 years of handling marketing category independently; having track record of leading specific marketing / communication campaigns which led to enhancement of market shares and / or margins, along with improvement in brand perception scores.

- Ability to lead & nurture teams and develop marketing competencies.

- Ability to work with peers in sales, technology, logistics and business finance. Must have strong business orientation.

- Well-conversant with contemporary marketing practices and media platforms.

- Strong initiative and advocacy skills
