Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Driving the brand marketing function and overall brand & communication strategy

Developing and implementing marketing programs to deliver the topline sales value and overall gross margin

Providing strategic direction to offline & social media initiatives

Driving repeat sales and customer advocacy

Driving growth in organic traffic via online content marketing

Desired Qualities:

An in depth understanding of what sells especially for the targeted segment, especially in Indian context

Ability to coordinate and drive

Ability to differentiate the brand from the crowd

Experience in managing and successfully driving multiple projects and teams

Demonstrated analytical skills - Ability to execute online / offline customer experiences

Customer focus

Essential Qualities:

MBA from a premier Business Schools Only.

8 to 12 yrs of relevant experience

People from FMCG/Retail/E-commerce Background will be preferred.
