Job Description: Reporting in to the SVP, the role involves the following broad aspects:

- Leadership of the Retail Banking and Wealth Management Team in Kolkata

- Managing diverse functions across Customer, Products, Channel, Campaign Management, and Modeling

- People management responsibility of a team of close to 35 Full Time Employees

- Manage Analytics stakeholders across the Middle East, Europe, China and India regions

- Developing a Consulting Culture within the team to expand and deepen the relationships with existing clients as well as new ones

- Continuously review key risks and institute controls in place to address the same

- Address regulatory and compliance matters related to specific Analytics teams for the Kolkata site

The Successful Candidate: As the successful applicant, you will be:

- A Masters or Ph. D. degree Holder in either Economics or Statistics or any quantitative area or an MBA with a Quantitative Background

- An Experienced Analytics professional with 12+ years of relevant experience in analytics covering financial products & customers, market research, business strategy and/or consulting

- An expert in unsecured lending Analytics

- Have a proven leadership record in dynamic business Environments

- A professional with excellent organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills
