VP - Marketing Analytics - BFSI

Role Description:

- Lead a large team (40+) with varied experience in areas of Data Analytics, Statistical Modeling, Consumer Research, Insights and Strategic Marketing.

- Engage with US Business Partners focusing on project planning, delivery, growth and relationship management.

- Champion innovation, thought leadership, new capability development and growth within the Analytics organization.

Ideal candidate will have:

- Should hold MBA / MS / PhD with at least 12+ years of post qualification experience in Business Analytics, Strategy Consulting, Risk Management, Consumer Insights or Quantitative Research.

- Should have strong Financial Services industry experience.

- Should be a seasoned business leader with exemplary leadership, interpersonal, communication and influencing abilities.

- Should have strong program management, consultative sales and solutioning skills with focus on analytics / research.
