About our Client - Our client is one of the leading financial services firm with a global footprint in more than 70 countries. Due to expansion in their marketing and pricing analytics teams, they are looking for a seasoned professional to head up this vertical and grow a team within them.

Job Description - Reporting to the Head of analytics and handling a team, your main responsibility will be to ensure that business insights are developed to enhance the marketing and pricing strategies for the various products that the bank has to offer. In addition to that your core deliverables will be- Providing analytical support and anticipate customer need

- Identify revenue drivers and growth opportunities for the business across a variety of products such as deposit, transactional, investment and insurance

- Contribute to building a customer level one strategy in the bank and streamline the ongoing marketing campaigns and reports

- Own the P&L commitment and engage with the business partners to ensure optimal program execution

- Mentor and lead a team of analysts

- Identify and implement opportunities to improve the ongoing processes and the quality of work products

The Successful Candidate -

- You must be a MBA from a premier institute with 8 to 11 years of experience in Marketing/Pricing Analytics within a Banking setup.

- You must possess strong analytical thinking skills with the ability to conceptualize analytical framework to address the business problem.

- Advanced in-depth SAS and SQL experience is mandatory.

- You must have excellent senior stakeholder management skills and the drive, to influence the team.

- Exposure to data warehouse techniques is preferred.
