Job Description - Reporting to the Head of Risk Mumbai, your specific responsibilities would include:

- Responsible for delivering risk information across the majority of asset classes

- Drive innovative and value added market risk controls to enhance report quality, effectiveness, accuracy & timeliness

- Deputize for the Head of Risk by assisting in running the division as well as attending various forums requiring attendance

- Face off with various Stake holders across multiple locations.

- Manage a team of Market Risk Analysts, grow and nurture them and ensure proper allocation of resources where required.

The Successful Candidate - You should possess a Quantitative / Financial undergraduate Degree with atleast 12 years of work experience. Excellent practical experience working within Market Risk with 5 years in a team management role. Individuals with international experience would be ideal. You should have extensive knowledge in Value at Risk, Economic Risk Capital and other Risk Management Frameworks.
