Controller Plant Operations

- The position would lead, direct and control day to day activities of Manufacturing Plants to achieve the short term and long term financial and operating objectives.

- Responsible for activities such as maintainence, manufacturing, quality control, engineering, supply & logistics, distribution, accounting, IT & Administration.

- Establish operating budgets, monitor the cost & effectiveness of Production, prioritise spending, and achieve volume, quality and manufacturing standards.

- Set and monitor performance of the plant

- Develop & implement variety of operating policies and procedures

- Research, evaluate and recommend investment in technology, capital, equipment, that will enhance plants production capacity.

- B.tech plus MBA Preferred with atleast 12 years of experience of which atleast 2 years in handling multiple locations. Knowledge of State Excise laws, Commercial Laws and Sales Tax Regulations.

Candidate from Liquor background preferred
