About Our Client

Our client is the pioneer in the out patient health care model here in India and has recently set-up more than 30 centers across India. With strong private equity investment and robust growth plans they are looking for a VP M&A to expand their business here in India.

Job Description

Reporting into the Director M&A and dotted line to the Chairman your responsibilities are:

- Contributing to revenue expansion inorganically and identifying business acquisitions

- Understanding business models and explaining it to potential leads

- Carrying out the end to end merger and acquisition cycle as per company policy

- Arranging meetings and preparing pitch books to conduct M&A deal meetings

- Building strong brand value and network within the health care space

The Successful Applicant

- You must have a medical degree and an MBA from a (Tier 1) institute having exposure in the health care/pharmaceutical space. You must have worked in the M&A team, completed deals and has had relevant experience in interacting with doctors and nursing homes. You must possess strong commercial skills acumen coupled with excellent communication skills.
