- Liquidity Measurement Reporting (LMR) department in Group Finance is responsible for both internal and external liquidity reporting for the bank. The team located in Pune in particular supports reporting work for regulators including FINMA, PRA, MAS and FED through other teams based in global centers of Zurich, London, Singapore and New York.
- LMR team in Pune has seen continuous upward growth since inception. Started 3 years ago and today our Pune footprint comprises of around one-third of the global LMR team supporting across all global centers, as such the team continues to develop as it matures and meets the evolving landscape of regulatory requirements.
We Offer:
- Responsible for liquidity measurement and reporting of Credit Suisse's associated entities to external regulator and internal MI with meaningful analysis.
- Control, maintenance, reporting and strategic development with respects to key liquidity reports and new liquidity reporting requirements under Basel III.
- Support and remediate internal, external and regulatory audit observations.
- Ensuring returns and reconciliations to source systems and accurate completion of adjustments posted for reconciling items on a manual or tactical basis.
- Drive differentiated approach while dealing with different sets of stakeholders and communicates regularly with them to ensure no surprises, proactively ask for feedback to improve delivery.
- Foster a work environment that enable team members to lead process improvement initiative and work on removing process bottlenecks to achieve stretched goals in a collaborative manner.
- Leads knowledge sharing initiative and enhance team member knowledge base by encouraging and creating opportunities for cross training.
- Leverage past experience to foresee and manages any upcoming issues or problems by partnering with stakeholders to define problem areas and assign responsibility for creating solution.
- Partners with stakeholders to provide needed resourcing or training to enable the team to achieve goal.
You Offer:
- IT skills: Excellent MS office skills (Excel, Access in particular) and inter-personal skills
- Academic / Professional Qualification: Accounting, MBA, Maths post graduate and above
- Prior Experience: Banking background is preferred with prior working experience in Liquidity Reporting, Basel reporting, Basel Liquidity reporting
