RESPONSIBILITIES -

- Having Hands-on experience in the Real Estate - LARGE SCALE INTEGRATED TOWNSHIPS LIAISON EXPERIENCE sector liaising with very senior government officials and bureaucrats, as well as with urban development and municipal authorities.

- Should have excellent networking and relationship-building abilities. in liaison with govt agencies / municipal approvals / statutory sanctions / licences etc for purchase of land and for construction of residential townships. The person must have Proficiency on BDA and Bangalore construction laws. Also in SOPs and stages involved. Should be coming from the construction background at Bangalore.Will be responsible for all the liaison work with the state government and all statutory bodies of the state



QUALIFICATION - Graduate, Post Graduate / MBA from a Premier Institute



EXPERIENCE- Minimum of 18 - 25 years of experience
