VP - Legal - Real Estate Client - Bangalore

Job Role:

1. Loan Documentation, co-ordination with banks/ financial institutions, NBFCs etc. relating to credit facilities.

2. Drafting, reviewing and negotiation, due diligence

3. Property documentation, review and preparation of Risk/Liability Matrix

4. Setting up / maintenance of repository system for safe maintenance of property / loan documents

5. Drafting of written opinions on the applicability, rules, regulations, procedures under various general and legal statutes, including property laws, contract law, from time to time

6. Basic knowledge of court procedures

7. Attending Sub Registrar office for registration of Mortgage Documents.

Desired Profile:

- LLB with 10+ years of experience in Project Finance

- Must be from a Bank/Financial Services or NBFC.

- Must have strong experience in Project Finance or Real Estate Finance

- Experience in Legal Documentation, review, sanction letters

- Should have handled projects for more than 500 crores
