Position - V.P Legal.

Qualification - LLB/LLM.

Job Role

- Candidate should have an exposure in commercial, trust, fund and banking laws.

- He/she should be articulate and good in drafting, negotiating and communication skills.

- Candidate should note that strict timelines for delivery of documents have to be adhered to and should be willing to work long hours if required.

- Drafting, vetting and execution of Transaction Documents within the timelines set by the Business Development Team /Clients for Debenture issuance's, Security Trustee transaction, Project Finance, Securitisation, Private Equity & Venture Capital Funds alternate investment fund and other funds, intellectual property rights and other products.

- Experience in drafting and vetting of documents. Ensuring legal compliance's.

- Knowledge of Company law, Trust law and Contract Act. Experience in banking law will be welcome.

- Conducting research relating to transactions that are hit by FEMA and SEBI, RBI, Companies Act, Indian Contract Act and other statutes.
