Designation:- VP- Legal & Compliance

Location - Gurgaon

Job Profile:-

The position will manage and oversee the legal, and compliance functions within the organization and provide legal and compliance support to various functions, with a view to managing and mitigating legal, regulatory and contractual risks.

- Advise the management on legality of arrangements/proposals and also ensure availability of documentation restricting legal liability within acceptable levels

- Provide inputs to business proposals to ensure legal, compliance and regulatory risks are restricted.

- Ensure accurate and timely reports to the regulator and maintain cordial relationship with the regulator to ensure smooth conduct of business

- Manage and supervise the AML review and monitoring procedures
