About our Client - Our client is a leading IT consulting global professional services firm with a worldwide presence in more than 50 countries
Job Description - As the Head for Learning & Development, with a team of 150, your responsibilities will include:
- Strategically lead the technical training and design team and lead operational efficiency.
- Senior stakeholder management across clusters and geographies in a technical IT set-up
- Ensure training effectiveness in delivery and processes for the shared services set-up.
- Drive and implement training strategy and roll out learning solutions
- Create and deploy tools / frameworks to drive effective implementation of learning modules
- Manage the department training budget (demand vs cost allocation, adaptation of changes, final reporting)
- Analyse and actively respond to internal/external benchmarks, diagnostics and performance feedbacks
The Successful Candidate - The successful candidate must carry 15+ years of experience in the training,development and implementation of learning solutions. Qualitative exposure in highly matrixed environment is required along with a proven track record of senior stakeholder management. Influencing skills and planning skills are of high importance and candidates from hi-tech technology companies will be given a preference.
