As part of their India center - they presently seek an exceptional leader to lead their productivity & re-engineering initiatives across various business lines.

Job Description - Reporting into the Director you will be responsible for supporting the deployment of LEAN Transformation globally, targeting to transform processes and supporting infrastructure to further increase efficiency, simplicity, and customer-orientation across the globe.Your other responsibilities will include:

- Solely responsible for planning program strategy to delivery

- Building the internal team as well as interacting with external consultants to ensure capabilities are accurately judged

- Manage site specific projects and monitor their progress.

- Conducting trainings and helping define, develop and implement KPI's

- Preparing and presenting progress reports to senior stakeholders and other committees.

The Successful Candidate - You will have at least 15 years of experience across Banking & Financial Services, ideally in a consulting role with numerous successful projects in Lean, Re-engineering, Quality and Productivity enhancement. Additionally, you must also possess sufficient training experience and relationship management skills. Previous experience in identifying and building functional utilities within centers of excellence will be preferable. You will have excellent inter-personal & communication skills and an understanding of businesses cultures in the APAC region.
