VP - KYC/Client Onboarding/Reference Data/CDD - BFS

Role:

- The role will lead the function and will manage FTE supporting the Sectors across sites under stringent operational standards.

- The role will facilitate and own the delivery of the entire service proposition for the Sector, across new business, regulatory support and due diligence on behalf of the business and will also work closely with partner Onboarding functions like KYC, Legal and Client Data, in addition to day to day management of a direct team supporting the respective Sector.

- The role will play a key part in joining together the priorities and requirements of the Sector with the availability of service providers (e.g. KYC, Credit etc.) and work closely with the business and functional delivery teams to ensure priorities are aligned with resource availability and ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.

The role will manage the expectations and demands of the Sector and multiple stakeholders while delivering improved service against a multitude of functions.

Will ensure continual process and delivery improvement across the given Sector.

Qualifications :

- Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in managing operations, people, process with the strong track record of delivery.

- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent people management, interpersonal skills, and experience of working with global audience/stakeholders

- Strong client focus and focus on client service

- Strong communication and presentation skills - both written and verbal

- Strong personal influencing and networking skills

- Ability to manage difficult situations and take appropriate/timely decisions

- Ability to work well under pressure with high degree of accuracy

- Highly proficient in MS Office especially MS Excel. Moderate level of database skills would be desirable.

- Self-motivated and drive to achieve results

- Project management / Change management experience and proven ability to coordinate initiatives
