About our Client - Our client is a leading MNC Bank with growing business across Wealth Management, Investment Banking, Corporate Banking and Retail Banking with strong footprints in India. They are looking to recruit experienced professionals with a very strong background in technology to manage their site operations. Considering the aggressive expansion plans of our client and the importance of IT infrastructure in facilitating the expansion, our client is looking to recruit top professionals for this position.

Job Description - You would be reporting to the Global Head of CTI Operations overseas. Your chief responsibilities would include Ensure the delivery of the Top-8 CTI products (Desktop, Messaging, Blackberry, Network Services, Voice Services, Videoconferencing, Remote Access) to the end-user community in a seamless manner within the committed SLO

- Direct and manage the performance of vendor resource utilization and technology infrastructure performance. This includes SLA reviews with external vendors as also KPIs to meet the CTI standards

- Establish, communicate, monitor, and enforce policies and standards regarding technology infrastructure services, problem and change management, security integrity, response time, backup and contingency, etc.

- Administer, manage and implement global and regional technology infrastructure operations initiatives in accordance with the overall business goals of the business operations at COE.

- Report to Distributed Operations Head in Country on a BAU basis.

- Connect with Global partners in EMEA and NA, to ensure smooth operations and engagement for COE setup in country.

- Engagement with Internal Audit both for local and for business requirements during Audits for the functions and identify areas of improvement

- Work with the Finance team on driver cost recovery, allocations methodology, planning and forecasting, budgeting with the site managers.

- Plan with vendor partners for COE setup operations, expansion plans and staffing needs to address technology infrastructure operations to meet short-term and long-term business goals.

The Successful Candidate - You will have at least 8 years of experience in IT Infrastructure Operations management with at least 3-4 years in managing site operations. You will have excellent oral and written communication skills and be an excellent team player.
