We are looking for a matured Data Center, IT Infrastructure, Managed Services professional having 18+ years’ experience in a customer facing role to manage Operation function of a IT Infrastructure Service Provider. The brief job description is given below:
Job Description:
- Responsible for P&L
- Manage large team of technology professionals , keep them motivated
- Managing customer relations and be highest point of escalation for customer complaints
- Will be responsible for Service Delivery to customers
- Provide managerial and technical leadership to the team
- Experience in managing IT infrastructure services, Preferably hands-on experience of IT managed services
- Good Technical understanding of Server, Operating Systems, Backup, Storage, Databases, Network and Security technologies.
Educational Qualification:
- B.E./B.Tech with 18+ Yrs. Experience of which recent 3-5 years must be in leadership roles and leading an overall team size of 500+..
- MBA qualification will be preferred.
