VP - IT Infrastructure - BPO

Role : VP - IT Infrastructure

Location: Gurgaon

Job Purpose:

- Overall responsibility of spearheading the Information Technology & Applications vertical of the company on an enterprise-wide basis

- Bring in core and allied benefits through technology that directly support the bottom line as well the brand visibility for the company

Duties and responsibilities:

- Responsible for conceptualizing, developing, implementing and maintaining the core IT solution & ITES platform for the company on an end-to-end basis

- Keeping himself and the Leadership Team duly abreast with the latest technology advances in the field of IT, ITES and related services

- Bring in and manage the necessary technology and allied vendors on board and manage them efficiently

- Conceptualize, Build and Manage the team of IT staff (development, design, testing, etc.) as per the requirement

Qualifications/ Experience:

- An ideal candidate should possess B.Tech with a minimum post qualification experience of 17 - 20 years. Additional qualification of MBA / M.Tech / MS will be an advantage.

- S/He should have sound working knowledge and practical experience on working large-sized projects across domains, across platforms, across clients (Indian & MNCs).

- S/He should have exposure to various types of projects like New Development Projects, Support & Maintenance Projects, Mission Critical Projects, Packaged Projects, etc.

- Must have worked for IT, ITES (Outsourcing ) Organisations.

- S/He should possess a sound base and familiarity on the latest developments on web systems & applications under cloud environment, mobile aps and interfaces, relational databases, platforms, linkages and system security aspects.

General Abilities/ Characteristics:

- The candidate should possess a burning passion and ability to work in a start-up environment.

- Being the vertical head and a member of the Core Management Team, S/he should have vision and plans to build the institution from the scratch
