LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES FROM INVESTMENT RESEARCH BACKGROUND WITH A STRONG EXPOSURE IN REAL ESTATE SECTOR.
Experience: 8+ years of relevant Experience in research / advisory in real estate industry.
Education: Masters degree in finance (MBA) or a professional qualification (CA) is preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Market Analysis & Demand Assessment, Product Mix Derivations, Business Modelling & Sensitivity Analysis for Residential, Commercial, Retail, Hospitality & Entertainment Sectors.
- Market Research for retail shopping malls, office space and residential developments.
- Analysis of annual results of competition, research on real estate market, the price trends for bought and leased properties.
- Researching on the prevalent rates applicable in the market for different property types and give projection on the future market movement
- Conducting Development Feasibility study for projects - commercial, retail malls, residential, SEZ, hotels, warehouses, industrial and alternate asset classes like educational institutes & healthcare city
- Advice the valuation team about the real estate scenario and trends and assist in Property Appraisals (DSCR, NPV, IRR & XIRR estimations) using Residual & DCF Models;
- Valuation of fixed assets like Agriculture Land, Industrial land, SEZ, Residential project, Commercial project, Industrial project, Malls, Office buildings etc.
- Assist in preparing the summary sheet of the subject property and comparable properties with all the details that affects the valuation.
