CTC: upto 38,00,000 p.a

A qualified candidate will be responsible for management and oversight of the day to day activities performed by the performance analysis team. The team is responsible for complete audit and operations in support of investment performance measurement and data distribution. The incumbent works with relevant partners to ensure the team delivers accurate and timely reporting that is provided to both internal and external clients as it relates, but not limited to, investment performance reporting.

- Partner with key operation and technology stakeholders to maintain work deliverables, production cycle matters, project plans and help resolve/escalate issues as needed to successfully deliver reporting accurately, on time and with quality.

- Coordination of Daily and Monthly review of portfolio holdings, transactions, security pricing, security master setup and classifications, accruals and other factors contributing to investment performance at the asset, sub-asset and fund/security levels for assigned accounts and relationships.

- Oversight of definition and application of required adjustments based on sound research to solution outliers of defined events or variances which are proven to necessitate alternate treatment of activity for precise performance reporting purposes.

- Lead the performance analysis of results within the performance calculation engine as well as front-end reports and internal web views utilizing outlier reports and data quality dashboards.

- Provide best-in-class customer service and relationship management, responding and actioning inquiries and issues in an articulate, knowledgeable and timely manner.

- Ensure inquiries are responded to same-day and responses are unambiguous and follow-ups are immediately determined, understood and actionable by all stakeholders from operational, technical and business standpoints.

- Strong analytical and strategic background in the financial services industry with some operational experience

- Strong relationship management skills to build enduring and productive alliances across matrix organizations

- Demonstrated capabilities in quantitative and data analysis (e.g., Excel, MS Access, SAS, SQL, Business Objects)
