Job Description - You will assist in pitching and executing mandates in the technology space and in particular, focus on executing M&A, capital raising and ECM transactions in internet/ecommerce/social media companies.

The Successful Candidate - You will have an outstanding academic record from a top business school in India or from overseas. Preference for an engineering background.Additional qualifications such as a CA are welcome. As a Vice President, you will be a member of the graduating class between 2003-2006, have work experience of between 5-8 years and be able to understand the business models of companies in this space. Alternatively, you could come from an equity research internet-focused background or be a product manager from a leading internet business. You must have a track record in technology and be able to tangibly demonstrate a desire to build a career in technology investment banking.
