Vice President - Investment Banking Private Equity (Bangalore), one of the leading Advisory company :  - This role is for increasing coverage and execution for Private Equity syndication transactions in Digital Media and Technology (E-Commerce internet, mobile, software products, analytics, etc. ).  - This role will require client interaction and management with the help of Partner. The person will be responsible along with his/ her Senior to drive to take lead new client relationships and deal originations.  - This role will have the authority to take decisions. High on day to day matters would normally require consulting a partner on key decisions.  - Leading end-to-end execution of PE / VC transactions   - Independently leading the transaction until closure (client visits, meetings, bilateral discussions, commercial negotiations, due-diligence, transaction closure agreements)   - Franchise building: supporting the relationship with Nasscom, VC circle and other agencies and developing thought leadership papers.  - Leading the team of associates and analysts to ensure execution excellence.  - Effectively manage client interactions and deliverable's with minimal supervision by clients.  - Independently handling outputs like investor materials, pitch books, investor materials, presentations, documents, etc.  - Establishing strong relationships with clients gaining in-depth knowledge and building areas of expertise within Digital Media and Technology vertical.  Skills & Presentation:  - MBA from Premier Institute / Qualified CA (cleared in 1st attempt)  - Strong knowledge of financial, valuation concepts and Business Models  - CFA (completed or ongoing) and strong credentials (e.g. rank in CA Final) would be an added advantage.  - Reasonably good technical ability and logical reasoning.  - Ability to work under pressure  - Should have clear thought process  - Good written and oral communication skills  - Good knowledge of MS PPT and Excel  - Should be a self-starter and methodical  - Prior experience in PE VC transactions in Digital Media and Technology will be an added advntage
