About our Client - Our client is a middle market Investment Bank with the capability to serve clients globally across TMT, consumer, infrastructure, real estate among other sectors. With an excellent debt and restructuring track record, the bank has recently closed some marquee deals in cross-border M&A. This is a diverse product platform with a global management team.

Job Description - You will be responsible for execution of various debt, restructuring, PIPE, M&A and QIP mandates. Candidates with execution experience are encouraged to apply.

The Successful Candidate -

- You will have 5-7 years of post-MBA Investment Banking experience in India and be currently situated in Mumbai.

- International applicants and bankers from other cities are not encouraged to apply for this role given the urgency.

- Prior international experience is welcome and will fit well into the team.

- Consumer and Infrastructure sector knowledge and a track record of having closed at least a couple of deals is essential.
